At TerraSender, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a Pro subscription, we're here to help. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not significantly utilized the service (e.g., transferred over 500GB of data during the period).

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to process all verified refund requests within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal payments where the subscription was not cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • One-time purchases or voucher credits that have already been redeemed.
4. Processing Time

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the designated period you have paid for. No partial refunds are given for unused time in the billing cycle.
